We are delighted to announce that Simon’s Golf Club has once again been awarded the accolade of Denmark’s Best Golf Course at the 2020 World Golf Awards.

This is a fantastic achievement in a turbulent year, where the team at Simon’s have not only worked incredibly hard to ensure the course was able to remain open during the time of Covid-19, but also for our Golf Course Superintendent, Réamonn O’Neill and his greenkeepers who along with Hawtree Golf Course Architect, Caspar Grauballe and the contracting team from Greenmakers by Nelson & Vecchio have worked tirelessly to significantly remodel the course to ensure it is prepared for the major climate changes that we face now and in the future.

Since opening in 1993 Simon’s Golf Club has long been recognized as one of the best courses in Denmark and the only course in Europe to have hosted European Tour, Ladies European Tour, Senior European Tour and Challenge Tour events.
