News from Simon’s Padel Club

We are happy to finally be able to bring you some news from Simon’s Padel Club.

The construction work is proceeding according to plan and the building is now in its rawer form, where the concrete walls and the floor itself have been laid. We held a topping-out ceremony on 2^nd April with a mayor’s speech and a visit from Harry’s hot dog stand. The next few months are dedicated to building the entire area, as well as the electrician installing the lighting and setting up the courts, so it will be an exciting time.

We are anticipating an opening date around mid-August.

In addition to the entire construction, we are also working on the details regarding the operation and start-up plans.

As previously written, as in all other padel halls, you will be able to play padel as pay and play, but we also offer a monthly subscription. That is, you pay a membership price, where you can then play all the padel you want during the member-selected period. The choice is entirely up to the individual player.

We have 3 types of memberships, all of which are paid monthly, and you can cancel your membership on a monthly basis.

As a member of Simon’s Golf Club, you get a discount on our membership, so you will get the following prices:

All weekdays 06:00 – 15:00 DKK 375 per month
All weekdays 15:00 – 24:00 DKK 550 per month
All weekdays 06:00 – 24:00 DKK 825 per month

To get these prices, you must send an email to info@simonspadel.dk with your name, email and DGU number. Then we will be able to register you with our system, and from there you can buy memberships in the Matchi App. We will tell you when we open up for the purchase of memberships.

Simulator golf
We can also tell you that we have chosen to set up 2 pcs. Trackman simulator golf cages, which will be set up from approx. 1 November to 1 April each year. They will be placed at each end of our singles court. The single court is 120 m2, so there will be plenty of room for 2 simulators and a small waiting area in the middle of the court. We pack the padel court itself in sound-proof banners, so you won’t be disturbed by the padel game, just as the golf simulator players will not disturb the padel players.

Booking is in the same way as you book Padel courts (via the Matchi booking app). If you are a member of Simon’s Golf Club, you get a 15% discount on all lessons you book for simulator golf. Click on our website https://simonspadel.dk/aktiviteter/studio/  and read about our prices.

Saunagus
We also hope to be able to offer a large sauna area outside next to the hall.

The building permit is being processed by the municipality, but if everything goes as planned, we will make a 30-person sauna with cold water pools, cold water showers and a relaxation environment, where we will arrange sauna gus several times a week, with one of Denmark’s best Gus masters being responsible for the entire Sauna Gus project. You book Sauna Gus places on the same booking app as for padel and simulator golf. Once we have everything in place we will send out further information. This was just a little info about one of the many initiatives we are working on.

Early bird membership
In mid/late May, we will open up our registration for memberships. In conjunction with this there will be an early bird discount for membership, as we will only open to 650 members. We will announce it on our facebook page when you can start signing up, so follow us on facebook.

Finally, as a member of Simon’s Golf Club, you can get tickets to Musik i Gentofte for discounted prices. These prices are only offered for a limited time until 15^th May, as there are good discounts and the normal price per ticket also increases continuously as we get closer to it.
