Veterans win quarter final against Midtsjællands Golfklub!

Quarterfinal against Midtsjællands Golfklub at Søllerød Golf course on 14th August.

After winning our opening pool, we played the quarter final against Midtsjællands Golfklub on Søllerød’s beautiful, but certainly no means easy course on 14th August.
The course was really nice and the weather couldn’t have been better – blinding sunshine, hardly a cloud in the sky and only moderate wind.

This time the team consisted of:
– Marianne Bøje Lauritzen
– Pernille Jakobsen
– Arne Hansen
– Magnus Ågren
– Ulf Viebke
– and the undersigned

After several very close and intense matches – most decided on the very last holes, we could once again pull ourselves out of battle.

We won 7-4 and are now ready for the semi final on 25th August at Mølleåens golf course against either Odsherred or Brøndby.

A big thank you to all at the team for a great effort once again.
