MATCH SUMMARY SUMMARY 1. DIV. WEEKEND 29th & 30th APRIL

Before the start of the season’s Senior Division golf, we had a series of takeout matches and the Segaf tournament in Trelleborg, where there were a lot of good results, and so we took the following players to the first division’s weekend.

The team for the weekend’s rounds was:
Foursome: Adalena Bundgaard and Lars Løgstrup (Clover)
Ladies singles: Pernille Jensen
Men’s singles: Michael Flindt, Christian Langkilde, Michael Jensen and Jarle Olsen

Fortunately, we had the home advantage on both days.
On Saturday we met the team from Roskilde, and everyone showed a true fighting spirit. It was a pleasure to watch and great golf was played against the opponents and we won 13-1.On Sunday we met Rungsted and took a 10-4 victory.
Thanks to the victories on both Saturday and Sunday we are now ranked No. 1 in our group (drawing with Kokkedal).

Next task is a match against Kokkedal on June 17th.

Congratulations to the team and the squad for the big effort, during the weekends and weeks, as we know, we have a modest goal for the season to become Denmark’s champions again!
