Krone Golf 20th August

94 players went out at. 9:00 in glorious sunshine, but in the anticipation that later in the day there would be rain showers and possibly thunder.

Thankfully there were only 2 short showers and no thunder so we graciously played on.

The winners in 2 of the 3 groups were under par.

Winner of the junior series: Philip Martin Holmsted Remmer (35 p.) – 2 boxes of balls

Winner of the B-series: Torben Henriksen (38 p.) – a travel gift voucer and a bottle of wine

Winner of the A-series: Lars Bæk (37 p.) – a travel gift voucher and a bottle of wine.

The closest to the pin prize was a bottle of wine.

A2: Susanne Toft – 3.9m.

A6: Lars Voigt-Larsen – 1.18m

B1: Søren Bitsch – 0.83m

B5: Claus Strand – 0.4m

In addition, Kenneth had 2 further prize prizes for golf and 5 star hotels

The lucky gentlemen were Lars Buus Jensen and Henrik Skov. Especially Henrik Skov who was lucky when another name was initially drawn, but the winner had gone home. It may be worth paying for the prize draw even if you don’t have a good score.
